Our Consumer Care business has a great opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic Telesales Professional to support our Pharmacy and Grocery Sales Teams. This role will be based at our Pymble Offices.

Focusing on building both our Bayer, local Pharmacy, Grocery & Route (Petrol Station and Convenience Store) businesses, this role requires a person with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to create excellent working relationships with our customers, over the phone. 

To be the successful applicant you will:

• have strong Telesales experience,
• have sound business acumen, initiative and experience in a Healthcare, FMCG or retail sales environment,

• have an aptitude for learning and relaying product knowledge,
• be able to work independently in an organised manner and set priorities to meet deadlines with minimal supervision,
• demonstrate strong written and verbal skills,
• have strong decision making skills,
• have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and the maturity to build successful internal and external relationships,
• be confident and comfortable with telephone communication,
• be competent in Microsoft computer packages and email communication,
• experience with Perenso & AZTEC systems is preferred.
