Eco-Minds

The third Eco-Minds Youth Forum, an environmental program for young people, was held in New Zealand in 2009. This initiative is part of Bayer’s global partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Eco-Minds brings together participants from nine Asia Pacific countries, including Australia and New Zealand, challenging them to think of creative and practical uses of science and technology to address the challenges of sustainable development.

Selected participants from each country received an all-expenses-paid trip to New Zealand to attend the Eco-Minds Forum.
